All the vessels made by the craftsmen of the pottery (workshop) are handmade, so they are different from industrial products. Due to its characteristics, the degree of glaze application and penetration (cracks), the presence or absence of janome (white rings), scratches and dirt on the janome, peeling of pottery clay, color, pattern, surface roughness, unevenness, gouging, residual soil adhesion, Size, distortion, rattling, each one has its own personality, there is no same thing.
If the pottery (workshop) judges that there is no problem in actual use, it is treated as a non-defective product.
Also, regarding product photos, depending on the monitor environment of your PC or mobile device, etc., the actual colors may not be fully reflected. We select similar items as much as possible, photograph one of them, and post it on our website. Please note that all items are sold individually, and multiple sets are not sold.
Various objects other than the corresponding vessel that are reflected in the posted photos are all image images.
Please purchase after acknowledging the above. In addition, we will refuse the return for such reasons as "return due to customer's convenience". Thank you for your understanding.
About packing In order to conserve resources, we use recycled packing materials for shipping. It's mainly newspaper, but it's a very strong ally for packing.
